April 19, 2001 GrandMaster Song Pan Gon appointed the Martial Art Fitness Centers, Inc. of Rochester, MN USA as the headquarters for the Korea/USA SimMuDo Association™. Master Instructor Fred Gommels was appointed to the position of Director.

Established in 1975, our training center is operated like an academy with diverse martial arts taught by various instructors. SimMuDo, Taekwondo, and Hapkido are the main martial arts taught with several other supplementary martial arts.

Mr. Kirby Strissel is a 4th Dan SimMuDo member and the Administrator of the Korea/USA SimMuDo Association. Mr. Strissel has trained in Gongsoodo, Taekwondo, Judo, Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Korean weaponry.
