When separated from its entirety, SimMuDo consists of striking techniques,
grappeling techniques, and weaponry. Other martial arts include just a
particular style of technique. SimMuDo includes many aspects of other arts
plus techniques that are unique to SimMuDo.
Training in these three areas of SimMuDo benefits the martial
artist with fitness, discipline, and self-defense such that
there is no area at all lacking in the martial art of SimMuDo.
Furthermore, SimMuDo is a martial art that is balanced in
both defense and offense. Rather than mere physical strength,
SimMuDo relies on proper technique to deliver power.
In the event of being assaulted by an enemy, SimMuDo can convert
the major joints of the body to either a shield of defense or a
weapon of offense. The practical application of striking technique,
grappeling technique, and weaponry comprise the martial art of SimMuDo.
